Whether it is because it is seen as a taboo topic, or just not considered as important as other health issues like bladder and bowel care or pressure injuries. As a result, it is an area that people often have a lot of questions about. Our ACT Community Peer Support team will be running the next education session on sexuality and intimacy post-SCI, in conjunction with Arlyn Owens, Psychosexual Therapist and Clinical Nurse Consultant at Royal Rehab.
