The Peer & Family Support team is now offering their service online through Telehealth, to help you stay connected.
Our staff have lived experience and can help you learn how to manage your injury including advice on bowel and bladder, pressure injuries, staying connected, exercise and so much more! They are even up for just a chat!
You can connect online via video using Telehealth, and speak to one of our team in the comfort and safety of your own home.
This is a free service where our Peer & Family Support team conduct confidential chats with yourself, or as a family group session.

What’s involved with a Peer & Family Support Telehealth session?
The Peer & Family Support Telehealth sessions are there to keep you connected with the team and can involve either an individual chat, or with your family.
All discussions take place in the safety and comfort of your home and are between you and your Peer & Family Support coordinator.
We will still maintain that lived-experience support, offering you guidance and advice and just being someone to talk to during these difficult times, especially whilst self-isolating.
