Pain can often be the most difficult thing that people deal with post spinal cord injury. It can leave you tired, irritable, depressed and unable to do even the most basic of tasks without extreme difficulty. More often than not, there isn’t an obvious answer to what’s causing it, or a solution to dealing with it.

Our ACT Peer Support team will be running an education session on pain management post–SCI that will cover everything you need to know about bout dealing with pain, from those with lived experience, and how to live your life to the fullest.

If you would like to learn more bout the related topics, please head to SCIA YouTube channel or Resource Hub for more informative content.
