Your Opinion Matters: A Survey on Air Travel for People with Disabilities

SCIA has put this survey on air travel together to better understand wheelchair users’ experiences in using air travel in Australia. There have been several media reports recently highlighting this issue. If you have flown recently, we’d like to know about your experience, good or bad. The survey should only take approximately 15 minutes if you answer all the questions. It would be able to improve the air travel experience for people with disabilities if you could access the survey and leave your opinion.

SCIA is working with other organisations including the Public Interest Advocacy Centre (PIAC) to try and improve air travel for people with disability. SCIA will share your responses to this survey with PIAC. PIAC may use your responses to support their advocacy work, for example, this could include using your experience as a case study or as part of statistics in policy work, submissions and other publications. PIAC will use your responses for this purpose only and will not provide any legal advice to you.
