In recent years, we have observed a concerning surge in the frequency, severity, and duration of disasters both globally and within Australia, disproportionately impacting people with disabilities. Regrettably, people with disabilities often find themselves overlooked during disaster events, facing significant barriers in accessing social networks and other essential support systems. In light of these challenges and following the successful outcomes of our initial two series of P-CEP workshops held in 2023, we invite you to engage in these forthcoming free and interactive online workshops.
