We are open on a Monday, Friday and by appointment. We are currently offering:
- Activity Based Therapy
- Strength and Conditioning
- Small Group Training
- Hydrotherapy from Cardinia Life
Additionally, we will be expanding to include Functional Electrical Stimulation.
