The Point to Point Transport Commissioner has engaged ARTD Consultants (an independent research company) to look at the existing safety arrangements for Wheelchair Accessible Taxi (WAT) services and to see if any changes are needed to strengthen requirements to support safety. This is in line with the functions of the Commissioner, which include to recommend safety and other standards for passenger or booking services.

To help in this work ARTD is asking for your feedback on WAT safety through a survey. If you choose to participate, your response will be anonymous. This means no-one will know your name or your organisation’s name.

The survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete and we would value your response.
