Supporting you to find meaningful work
Our EmployAbility program empowers people with physical disability to lead more independent and inclusive lives. It does this by using employment coaches with lived experience to guide people with physical disability through a specialised, online employment program with the goal of developing the skills and mindset that will secure meaningful work with an employer partner or in our own social enterprise.
How to Get Started
Step 1: Register your interest
Register your interest with EmployAbility and one of our friendly team members will be in touch to confirm your suitability to participate in the program.
Step 2: Job skills training and personalised coaching program
Once your registration has been confirmed, you’ll be matched with an Employment Coach with lived experience of physical disability. Your Coach will guide and support you through our online training program and throughout your employment journey.
Step 3: Job placement support
With the successful completion of the EmployAbility online employment program, your Employment Coach will now work with you to put what you’ve learnt into action. This will include helping you through the job application and interview process, getting the job and post-employment follow up to make sure that you are happy in your new role.
