NeuroMoves offers a range of exercise services to suit your goals and also your budget. Our exercise services are tailored to work around your disability to enhance your function and mobility, and increase your independence. NeuroMoves is also lots of fun and a wonderful way to get out, work out, and socialise with others.
We can help anyone with a physical or neurological condition, such as spinal cord injury (paraplegia and quadriplegia), acquired brain injury (ABI), stroke, transverse myelitis, multiple sclerosis (MS), motor neurone disease (MND) and cerebral palsy (CP).
The benefits of NeuroMoves may include improvements in function, mobility, strength and fitness, independence and positive mental health. We work with you to understand your personal goals and help you to achieve these. For some this is transferring in and out of a wheelchair in order to drive a car, and for others it is being able to feed themselves or make a cup of tea.
Don’t take our word for it, see what Dan has to say about the service!
Some exercises are completed out of your wheelchair on specialised equipment, with the support of our physiotherapists and exercise physiologists, while other exercises are completed in your wheelchair. We can adapt exercises to suit any disability type or level, and we invite you to contact us to see how NeuroMoves can be tailored to help you achieve your goals.
Our gyms are staffed by qualified physiotherapists and exercise physiologists, who will help you set and achieve your personal goals in a safe and supportive gym environment.
Contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or 1800 819 775 to discuss our different exercise services or book your consultation.

How did you hear about SCIA’s exercise service, NeuroMoves?
From the internet, after my injury I was researching the different options available and it seemed to fit all my needs.
Why did you sign up to the service?
Because I had a bad experience with a physiotherapist, when I first went to the facility it was clean and the staff were all very welcoming.
What was your experience of SCIA’s exercise service?
It has been a life saver, the program is set to my needs and I have come a long with the help of the team.
