The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission is an independent agency independent of NDIA. They work with NDIS participants, service providers, workers and community to improve and guarantee the quality and safety of NDIS supports and services.

The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission

The NDIS Commission is responsible to

  • respond to concerns, complaints and reportable incidents,
  • provide informational resources such as how to make a complaint, how they deal with complaints and more,
  • promotes the NDIS principles of choice and control,
  • empower participants to exercise their rights to access quality services as informed, protected consumers, etc.
