Individual Aged Care Support
SCIA is a Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) provider of Social Support to individuals in the Illawarra region.
Support is available for a range of community and home-based activities including, but not limited to:
- Shopping
- Doctor visits or other medical appointments
- Walks in the local area
This service is delivered free of charge by highly qualified Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists, meaning you can benefit from the help of an allied health professional without the additional cost.
To access this support, you or the person you are seeking support for must:
Be aged 65+
Live in the Illawarra region
Be registered with CHSP
Not be registered with the NDIS
Don’t need to have a disability
