Services Offers
Job Skills Training
The cornerstone of EmployAbility is its comprehensive job skills training program. Delivered online and free of charge, the program covers key aspects of job searching, resume building, interview preparation, and workplace rights for people with disabilities. The content is designed and facilitated by individuals with lived experiences of disabilities, ensuring that it is both relevant and empathetic to the challenges participants face.
Employment Coaching
Participants are paired with a dedicated Employment Coach who provides one-on-one support throughout their employment journey. From the initial stages of skill-building to job applications and interviews, the Employment Coach offers ongoing guidance. Even after job placement, the coach continues to offer support to ensure a smooth transition into the workplace. In late 2025, our TBI Pilot program, will launch to offer a carefully crafted learning space for our TBI participants.
Employer Engagement
On the employer side, EmployAbility offers specialised recruitment services. This includes helping organisations identify job-ready candidates who are best suited to their roles while promoting their brand and commitment to diversity and inclusion. EmployAbility specialised team with Lived Experience, has crafted the industry respected “Building Employer Confidence” Program for organisation and workplaces wanting to better understand the needs of their workers with neurological conditions and physical disability. Training is offered both online and/or via engaging and interactive face to face workshops.
Post-Placement Support
Unlike traditional recruitment services, EmployAbility continues to support both the employee and the employer after job placement, ensuring that any potential challenges are addressed promptly. This focus on long-term satisfaction and retention enhances the experience for all parties involved.
