    In this week’s Episode of On the Couch, Noah and Jess address the common misconception that exercise has negative effects on people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), explaining how this is not actually the case!

    Exercise and movement is a great way to manage and potentially delay many of the secondary effects of MS.

    They also discuss the barriers to exercise people with MS might experience, such as low heat tolerance and increased fatigue, and how there is technology in place to manage this in a NeuroMoves gym.
