We are pleased to announce that Spinal Cord Injuries Australia (SCIA) is providing Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination to help people living with disability who are on the NDIS and have additional complex needs that may involve government departments such as health, housing, justice and mental health systems.
We:
- Are specialists in spinal and neurological disabilities
- A skilled and qualified team of professionals with lived experiences and use a person-centred and strengths-based approach
- Make sure to work around your client’s schedule so they can live the life they choose
Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination is a higher level of support for participants whose situation is more complex. Our Specialist Support Coordinators can assist in designing a personalised support plan that can be implemented to address complex barriers to ensure consistent delivery of service.
