Join us for an exciting social event as part of SCIA’s Peer Support Program for Young People with Spinal Cord Injury!
This is a fantastic opportunity for young people aged 12-24 with SCI to connect, have fun, and learn more about our peer support program in a relaxed and supportive environment.
What to Expect: Team Bonding Activities (11:00 AM – 1:00 PM) : Tim Marchinton from Purple Soup will facilitate engaging games and activities designed to encourage participation and group interaction. With over 30 years of experience and qualifications as a recreational therapist, Tim has extensive experience working with young people with disabilities.
Lunch (1:00 PM – 2:00 PM): Enjoy a delicious meal with new friends. Lunch is on us!
Meet the Team: You’ll have the chance to meet SCIA’s Victorian Peer Support Team: Robbie, Ashlee, and Elise, who will be on hand to answer questions about the program and share their experiences.
