    Picture this:

You are at a coffee shop with your friend, and you’re ordering lunch. Even though you are the one that ordered lunch, the person at the counter speaks to your friend and asks them all the questions that should be asked to you. The only difference is that you are in a wheelchair, and your friend isn’t.

For this episode of ‘Can You Ask That?’ Rob, Heidz and Dan share their thoughts about why they think this happens and whether this has happened to them.

Our Peer and Family Support team help you navigate your disability in the spinal units of Sydney, and out in the community. Get in touch to see how we can help you.
