SCIA’s NeuroMoves provides a suite of exercise services for people with a spinal cord injury & other neurological conditions. NeuroMoves is a client centred, goal orientated service working in the community-based therapy space that offers the opportunity for people to improve their functional capacity & independence, prevent secondary health complications, & improve their overall health, fitness and well-being in a welcoming and motivating environment.

NeuroMoves has several clinics across Australia with a team made up of 60+ Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Therapy Assists nationally. NeuroMoves offers state of the art facilities and access to specialized equipment and knowledge to facilitate recovery and provide suitable exercise environments for Neurological and Spinal Cord Injury populations.

NeuroMoves by Spinal Cord Injuries Australia (SCIA) is seeking passionate Physiotherapists & Exercise Physiologists to join our growing therapy team across Australia.

With NeuroMoves clinics in multiple locations across New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Australian Capital Territory, Western Australia and Queensland. We have a number of opportunities available to join our team in a casual, part-time and full-time capacity.

As a rapidly growing organisation, we have ongoing and open opportunities currently ranging from new graduate positions to more senior Exercise Physiologist & Physiotherapy positions.

About you:

  • Passionate about working in the community neuro space.

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy.
  • Accredited with Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA) or Registered with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • CPR + first Aid accreditation.
  • Working with Children’s Check and National police Check.
  • Experience and / or Knowledge of National Disability Insurance Scheme preferred but not essential.
