Person-Centred Approach to your NDIS Plan

NDIS Support Coordination

How can our Support Coordinators help you?

Navigating the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) can be a confusing and frustrating process.

Our Support Coordinators use a person-centred approach to support our clients. We believe that our clients are the experts in their situation and work alongside them to find solutions.

We understand that each person’s situation is different, and we provide our clients with an individual and holistic service. We are registered across Australia, covering all states and territories. Currently, we primarily support people with NSW and VIC, but we are also able to support people elsewhere remotely on a case-by-case basis.

Our Support Coordinators can:

  • Guide you through the processes of NDIS, including NDIS plan reviews
  • Step-by-step discussions about your goals and assist you to achieve them
  • Educate you on how to use the funding in your NDIS plan
  • Connect you with the service providers you require

Our difference from other providers
