If you need an accessible toilet you will always find them at shopping centres, public buildings and the like but if you are planning to venture further afield into unknown territory you might like to know where the accessible toilets are in advance so that you can relax and enjoy your time and not have to worry about finding a toilet when you have to go!

To help you plan, the National Public Toilet Map shows the location of more than 19,000 public and private public toilet facilities across Australia. Useful information is provided about each toilet, such as whether they are accessible, the location, opening hours, availability of adult change tables and hoists and other accessibility features. The toilet map also welcomes contributions so if you come across an accessible toilet that isn’t on the map you can help add it by clicking on “Suggest a toilet” and filling in as much information as you can about the facility.
