Researchers at UNSW Sydney and GWA Caroma are seeking volunteer research participants to learn about the space requirements of wheelchair users at public accessible washbasins. If you are a person who uses a wheelchair for community access, over 18 years of age, live within 25km of UNSW and able to independently use a washbasin then this study is for you. If you decide to take part, you will attend a test session at UNSW Sydney where you will participate in a face to face interview about your washbasin experiences; have a series of body and reach measurements taken and perform simulated tasks at an adjustable washbasin.
The session will take approx 3 hours. If you would like more information or are interested in being a part of the study, please contact Kimberley Anderson at the Livability Lab. Email: LivableBathrooms@unsw.edu.au. Phone: 02 9385 0711.
(Participants will receive a gift card as compensation for time and contribution)
