The FreeWheel is a great piece of equipment I use frequently on my manual wheelchair. Here is some info about it:
The FreeWheel allows wheelchair users to easily go over cobble stones, curbs, dirt trails, grass, gravel, snow, and sand without getting stuck. The FreeWheel takes about 30 seconds to connect to your chair and lifts your front wheels off the ground allowing your wheelchair to go places never thought possible.
Hi Ben!
I will also recommend the RGK Freewheel. It’s incredibly sturdy and just goes over everything. Here’s a video about it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RGk52YikO8s
These front wheels have definitely been a gamechanger to wheeling. I used to be really nervous about wheeling in public because I’d fall out all the time. Not now!
