Hello!
My name is Emily, I’m a researcher from Western Sydney University, and I’m interested in hearing about young people (aged 14-24 years) with spinal cord injuries and their parents/caregivers experiences with the move from children’s to adult healthcare services (e.g hospital and outpatient clinics). I want to learn about what is working, what is not and what would help. I hope that in collaboration with young people and their parents/caregivers this will help to find a way to better support young people with a spinal cord injury in their move from children’s to adult healthcare services. If you would be interested to find out more information about how you can help please contact me on 0416 269 500 or email 16251104@student.westernsydney.edu.au.
