So within the next couple of years I am looking into doing a few tours overseas, around Europe in particular! What is everyone’s favourite/accessibly amazing spots to check out!

Ohhh how exciting! I absolutely love travelling & have travelled lots personally & with my sport in the past. I have so  many favourites for different reasons. I do love the warmer climates so southern Europe gets my tick of approval. I do love nature & spent a long time in South America. Less developed, incredibly friendly & so many breathtaking destinations such as the Amazon Jungle, Machu Picchu, Patagonia. On my bucket list is to drive across the U.S although I think there will be a bit of zigg zagging. If you speak to Bill from Travability he will be able to help you out. He’s a huge advocate for increasing accessability in the tourism industry, He can help organise a trip depending on what your interests are & what type of travel you want to do. His website is http://travability.travel/. Good luck & happy travelling!

Can anybody give any advice on bowel management on long haul flights?

I always make sure that I do my routine bowel and bladder care within an hour or so to arriving at the airport.

I also empty my bladder again before boarding.

For long haul flights the airplanes have isle chairs stored on the plane in case it’s needed.
