Trying to find new ways to find daily life exciting still, so I’m baking, then handing off to my neighbours to eat! (Because I can’t afford to eat it, and they’ve been super generous.)
I’m also working on some small fitness skills related to my sport. Playing basketball means for me, working on my ball handling, so doing some dribbling skills and stuff on the balcony in turn allows me not to lose as much receptiveness when we eventually are freed. And drinking copious amounts of tea also helps. I hear you on the snacking part. That has been a challenge. I’ve stopped ordering typical snack foods, and have kept a bunch of veggies on stand by (as I’m not a fan of fruit) to crunch on. Attempting a homemade dip this week!
