I am not getting why my QB is showing QuickBooks Error 1310 while getting updates, please help me out.

Hello guys, I am good and hope you all are doing great. Recently, while downloading the QuickBooks updates, I started receiving QuickBooks Error 1310. I cannot understand why a few days before purchasing a QB subscription from the Intuit store gives me such errors, especially while installing. I’ve tried several times to resolve this problem, but I can’t seem to figure out what’s causing it or how to fix it. So, to get the sure-shot solutions, I contacted the Intuit experts but could not find anything relevant. I hope you can feel my pain and will assist me with the simple steps to overcome the error.
