    Customer Experience Team Member
    Permanent full time/part time – Office based in North Sydney / Flexible working from home option available

    This national disability support company is looking for an exceptional customer service specialist to join their team in North Sydney.

    About the role:

    • Managing email enquiries from customers
    • Dealing with outbound and inbound phone calls
    • Solving often complex customer service problems
    • Complaints handling
    • Supporting customers with service enquiries

    Skills needed for the role:

    • Good written and spoken English
    • Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new programs
    • Comfortable with inbound and outbound phone calls
    • Patient and caring
    • Natural problem solver who is able to help solve complex issues in stressful situations

    Customer Support Advisor

    Our employer is an Aged Care Provider based in NSW looking for a new team member to join their customer service department where you will be helping customers and families with all types of help and support.

    Image Review Officer
    Casual, Part Time – Ingleburn, NSW

    Disability Awareness Training Ambassadors
    Casual – various locations, Sydney and NSW

    Are you passionate about creating a more inclusive working and community environment for people living with disability?

    • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively to large groups people
    • Basic computer skills

    • The ability to travel across Sydney Metro (and possibly some regional NSW locations)

    You will be joining a team of passionate educational trainers delivering engaging and interactive workshops to help build awareness about disability in the workplace and the wider community.

    Mobile Phone Detection Image Review Queensland Team Member
    Casual, Part Time – Work From Home (must be based in Queensland)

    If you have the following skills, experience and requirements we would love to hear from you:

    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
    • Good computer skills
    • A passion to improve road safety
    • A suitable working from home set up

    You will be working on a brand new QLD Government road safety initiative reviewing images taken from mobile phone usage detection cameras on Queensland roads. You will be required to interpret road regulations and ensure high levels of accuracy during the reviewing process.

    User Testing – Assistive Technology for Services Australia
    Online, From Home

    Service Australia would like people with disabilities to participate in their technology user testing for their website. Participants will need to use the Google Chrome extension Participate by Lookback.

    • If you have blindness and use screen reading technologies such as JAWS, NVDA, Talkback, and Voiceover.
    • If you have vision impairment and use ZoomText, zoom in general or high contrast displays.
    • If you have decreased motor function and use Dragon Naturally Speaking.
    • If you are neuro-diverse, have dyslexia, under the autism spectrum, ADHD or a psychosocial disability.

    This project will take approximately 45 minutes. You will be paid $75.00 for your time. If you require a carer to assist you they will also be paid $75.00.

    Spinal Cord Injuries Australia’s Social Enterprise aims to drive positive social change by creating meaningful employment opportunities for people living with physical disability.

    Our Social Enterprise delivers a wide range of commercial contracts, giving people living with disability the opportunity to gain valuable work experience in temporary, part time or full time employment.

    The Social Enterprise has successfully delivered a range of projects in the following skill areas:

  • Telephone market research
  • Data entry
  • Transcription Services
  • Call Centre Support Work
  • Document Digitisation
  • Clients have included Government departments such as Transport NSW, the NSW Rural Fire Service, and the Department of Industry, as well as private corporations such as Westpac and Australia Post.

    People living with disability are under-employed in the workforce. This contributes to social isolation and a range of psychological issues.
