Social Enterprise

Spinal Cord Injuries Australia’s Social Enterprise aims to drive positive social change by creating meaningful employment opportunities for people living with physical disability.

Our Social Enterprise delivers a wide range of commercial contracts, giving people living with disability the opportunity to gain valuable work experience in temporary, part time or full time employment.

The Social Enterprise has successfully delivered a range of projects in the following skill areas:

  • Telephone market research
  • Data entry
  • Transcription Services
  • Call Centre Support Work
  • Document Digitisation

  • Clients have included Government departments such as Transport NSW, the NSW Rural Fire Service, and the Department of Industry, as well as private corporations such as Westpac and Australia Post.

People living with disability are under-employed in the workforce. This contributes to social isolation and a range of psychological issues.
