Supported Living Fund Options

Ageing, Disability and Home Care (ADHC), Department of Family and Community Services, has committed $60 million over five years through Stronger Together – Two, to provide a Supported Living Fund. The Fund will provide a total of 300 packages over the next 5 years across NSW. The information sheet on the website gives more information about the Supported Living Fund.

ADHC is currently in the development phase for the Supported Living Fund, and has held consultations with a broad range of stakeholders on its successful implementation. ADHC is now eager to hear your thoughts, and invites you to take part in an online survey which will inform the development of the Supported Living Fund. This consultation is your opportunity to contribute towards how the Fund will take shape.

As you may also be aware, the NSW Government has recently held consultations about creating a person centred service system. This Supported Living Fund consultation is in addition to the state-wide Person Centred Approaches consultation strategy. The feedback and information gained from both series of consultations will be shared. We are inviting people with a disability, their families and carers, peak organisations, advocacy groups and service providers to contribute to the development of the Supported Living Fund by taking part in this online consultation.
