The NSW Standing Committee on Law and Justice has an ongoing role to review the exercise of the functions of the Lifetime Care and Support Authority (LTCSA) of NSW and the Lifetime Care and Support Advisory Council (LTCSAC) of NSW. This is the committee's Fourth Review into the scheme.
