By 30 June 2012, we will:
- Commence operations at our innovative transitional accommodation and respite service, the Sargood Centre at Collaroy
- Significantly raise the profile and understanding of both spinal cord injury and SCI Australia with all relevant stakeholders
- Expand our peer support, employment, Walk On and regional services
- Leverage our current social enterprise expertise into new areas
- Significantly increase our member numbers and member engagement
- Better understand the characteristics and needs of people living with SCI
- Develop and implement innovative services to respond to those needs
- Grow our fundraising capability and partnerships to sustain future operations
- Invest in our people and infrastructure to remain an employer of choice
