A major revision of the Community Survival Kit is now available. 

The December 2008 update now includes a section of contacts for health related issues.

The Community Survival Kit is a collection of key organisations and  information sources for people with spinal cord injuries and similar conditions, their families, carers and health professionals to provide useful contacts for services which can assist in the transition from hospital and rehabilitation back into the community.
