The Physical Disability Council of NSW asks people with a physical disability who are over 50 to complete a survey about their care, health, accommodation and transport needs, and how they feel about the future.

The aim of the survey is to assess the needs, concerns and aspirations of people with a physical disability, and to better understand the impact of ageing on their needs.
